What three major art or architecture pieces can I use to support my essay topic?
Q. My essay topic is: Medieval art and architecture in Europe. Since it is a religion essay, I developed an essay to deal with both the topic and Christianity. Christianity had a large amount of influence on medieval art and architecture, as it is evident through these three examples. The three examples would be something I need help with. Thanks!

A. *Book of Kells--Early medieval Hiberno-Saxon illuminated manuscript. Its purpose was to illuminate the word of God. *Benedictine abbey church of St. Michael's at Hildesheim, Germany. It was built during the Ottonian period and commissioned by Bernward, bishop of Hildesheim. The bronze doors have Old and New Testament scenes. *Old St. Peters, Galla Placidia, Santa Costanza, San Vitale, Hagia Sophia,etc are all great exapmples of Middle Ages architecture. Hope I helped.
