Need help choosing some really good dance songs for cheerleaders?
Q. I need help choosing some really good dance songs from any genre to put together for a winning cheer routine for my squad. i wanted to do songs from the 70's, 80's and 90's but i heard its not a good idea to mix genres together for one routine. please help! any feedback is greatly appreciated

A. If you mix genres try to stay with an artist or a theme and then it will work. One year our dance team did a "Breathe" theme and we used Maroon 5 "Harder and harder to Breathe" Prodigy's "Breathe with Me" and then a dj mix of breathing sounds with some Michael Jackson...so that's a wide range. But you could do Prince, or Aerosmith and that covers different time periods...or you could do a theme like, Fire, Love, Heartbreak...or something like that.
